error -61023 in open FPGA Refernce

Hello

The system at the customer was running well for about one year. Now they can not boot it anymore because of the error -61023.
The system is a rackmount PC with Pentium (3GHz) and LVRT 7.1. The rt-application is loaded when the computer is booted and this will also load and run the FPGA VI. But here the error is now happening (see screenshot).

My questions:
1) What is the meaning of this error code?
2) What could be the reason that this error come up without any obvious change of the system?
3) How can this error by fixed?
4) What was the conclusion of the discussion "FPGA - Error -61023 on Windows XP running under user account " ?

Dear SFM

1. Error 61023 usually occurs when a user doesn't have the permissions to
execute a VI.

2. It shouldn't show up on an unchanged system. It's possible that (a) an
unwanted change (e.g. a bit flip) happened due to a crash, though; (b)
it also could indicate a hard disk corruption.

3. In case (a) the issue can be fixed by resetting (i.e. formatting,
re-installing) the system from MAX; (b) whether the hard disk is
damaged or not can be determined with NI's "Hard Drive Utility" (from
http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/tut/p/id/5655).

4. Don't know.

Dear Philipp

Many thanks for your explanations.

On site I tried to reinstall the software on the rt-traget with MAX. Afterwards the system rebooted one time correctly but then always rebooted "due to system error". In such a case we just send a new formatted harddisk with rt installed to the customer.

But it was good to know that the problem does not relate with the FPGA card so we do not have to replace this one.

Best regards,

Jörg Rychen.
