Posting this to aid in search results for anyone that runs into the same problem:
 
Error 229665 / conflict in the Mig software Problem occurred using usb-6008.  Started with DAZmx 8.3, upgraded to 8.31 with the same problem.  Upgraded to newest version 8.5 and problem was solved.
