error 1935

I got an error while installing LabView 7 student edition. I have all the latest updates for Windows XP professional including service pack 2. I am running a 1 GHZ AMD with 128 MB RAM and 40GB hard drive. The error I got was as follows:
Error 1935 An Error occurred during the installation of assemblt. Microsoft.MSXMLZR processor Architecture="x86". type="win 32", version "4.1.0.0" publickey token= "6bd6b9abf345378f." Please refer to help and support for more information HRESULT:0x80070002

The error occured at the 7th step of the installation process.

Hi James,

Do you by any chnace have .NET Framework 2.0 Beta, or Visual Studio 2005 Beta installed on your pc. They might be causing the problem. Also see the following MSDN link that talks about this error.
