I just came off another thread about the cDAQ 9237.  I'm on LV 2010 and couldn't open your code, but I'll bet you weren't aware that module has a fairly high minimum sample rate of around 1.6 kHz.  That's the sample rate it'll use if you ask for anything lower, which is probably why you aren't seeing the dt value change in your waveform.

 

You can query the actual sample rate using a DAQmx Timing property node set to the property "Sample Clock -> Rate".

That make a lot of sense and I am sure that is my issue. I am going to vary my sample rate above 1.6KHz to verify. Thank you for your reply.

That is indeed my problem. I changed my sample rate above 1600Hz and the dt changes. Thanks for the solution Kevin!
