dsc firewall issues

i'm been working with the dsc module between 2 pc, without any firewall on any of them.

now i installed zone alarm on both of them and followed the support from NI that said the following:

Problem: I have Windows XP Service Pack 2 and I want to make sure that LabVIEW DSC or Lookout will work fine under Windows Firewall. What settings do I need to modify?

Solution: One of the new features of Windows XP Service Pack 2 is that it implements a new firewall to provide additional network security. LabVIEW DSC and Lookout will be affected if the firewall is enabled. If you decide to upgrade your system to Service Pack 2 and keep the firewall enabled, follow these steps:

1. Open the Windows Control Panel (Start >> Control Panel).
2. Double-click the Windows Firewall icon.
3. On the first tab, ensure that the "Don't allow exceptions" box is NOT checked. Exceptions must be allowed for Citadel to function correctly.
4. Switch to the "Exception" tab.
5. Click "Add Program...".
6. Click "Browse...".
7. Navigate to and select "C:\Windows\System32\lkads.exe". Click OK twice.
If you are planning to use LabVIEW DSC 7.x or Lookout 6.0, make sure that you follow this step for
* lkads.exe
* nicitdl5.exe
* lktsrv.exe
* cwdss.exe (if you are using DataSocket in LabVIEW DSC)
* dscengine.exe (if using LabVIEW DSC)

even with these exceptions on zone alarm i can't connect to the tag server, it says that the destination machine has no logos services.

can anybody tell me what i'm doing wrong??

thanks
