draw roi image Save line

Hello,

I'm using labview development vision 2011.

When i open a image and i draw a line or some ROI with the image tools I can save the image with this.

But, when I draw the line in the image and save this, the line stay  very weak in the picture that almost can not see. how could I draw the line in the image and saves it to stay strong and distinguished line?

I am with a similar problem. 

In my case, the ROI doesn't appear on the final image file.
