Is it possible to incorporate dragging and dropping of components into a
LabView App?

I'm not sure what kind of components you want to drag and drop. With a front panel path control, you can drag a file name into it. George Zou's G Toolbox has some drag and drop functions. His web site is http://www.geocities.com/gzou999/index.html.
