does anyone know if it possible read a g-code (CNC) with labview in order to control a 3-axis system?!I really appreciate any clues!

Seems that g-code(CNC) is a simple ascii text file with well defined (ISO standard) commands and parameters.

If you have a g-code file you can read you 'only' have to translate the commands to G (LabVIEW).

So yes, I would say it is possible.... The rest is in the fineprin (including tool geometry corrections etc. )  ... 😄
