divide+signals

Dear Friends,

I want to divide two analytic signals [s1= exp i(2pift +theta1) and s2 = exp -i(2pift+theta2) ] to extract the phase difference. Mathematically this is possible. Could you tell me how i can achieve this in labview.

I have to acknowledge that i have no practical knowledge of signal processing. Anyone who could suggest me some easily available books which talks about practical implementaion of these kind of signal processin, would be great.
