differential fsk through modulation toolkit

i am trying to do differential 4fsk, dqpsk has been done successfully as option of differential psk is there in the system parameters, but i am unable to find option for differential fsk or differential ask. please guide me to some examples or tutorials from where i can take start for differential digital modulations.

Making a little research, I found that differential modulation is common for PSK and APSK modulation schemes. Even though I found some links related to DFSK, it was about DOUBLE-FREQUENCY SHIFT KEYING, in which two signals are multiplexed and transmitted among four frequencies; and some recent patents related to differential amplitude-shift-keying. Unfortunately there is not much information or theory about it, so unfortunately I haven’t been able to find any examples or tutorials.
