Well, I guess you'll have to buckle down and either learn how to use the functions that come with your toolkit, learn how to analyze signals, learn how to find maxima and minima, or learn something. We are not a "do my homework for me" service.
Try to "do it yourself". When/if you "get stuck", post your code (this means "attach your VIs so we can see what you have done, explore it, possibly fix it, and instead of "doing it for you", attempt to teach you how to do it for yourself, in the process teaching you LabVIEW).
