I am using control and simulation loop in which nine types of graph ,select this nine graph use case with enum structue.STEP as a input.Also i get proper output but when i use autoscale property then  graph output change.

I working on project in Lab-VIEW 2012 evalution version.Also attach VI,in which Non-linear control system method Phase Plane Trajectory(PPT) code developed.Run VI and click on plot.you will see two graph.one is time response and second one is phase plane.In phase plane it shows output but when i am selecting Autoscale it will no tshow me  proper trajectory such as before.My future project developed GUI for different non-linearity,so it is necessory use Autoscale.

                One more point i want to consider.whenever using Ramp signal or Numeric control it will properly working show poper PPT output with autoscale.

so,is there change in Control and simulation parameter or Step input long so this problem occur.
