Hi all,

I have a DAQ from which I shall acquire data from multiple sensors. Is it more efficient that I read oen DAQ Read for all the input channels that I have and from their to manipulate them, or is it better that I use one DAQ Read for each input channel?  In my particular case, I'll have more than 20 input channels representing 2 types of sensors. The problem behind is how this DAQ Read is impemented , so what is its influence over the bandwidth or risk of bottleneck in the case of two many channels read at once.

Hi Dana,

you can only create one task per device and type (AI, DI, AO, DO). So i think you have to read all inputs from one device at the same time. So all AI from DEV1 for example has to allocate to the same task.
