create array variable Error : Specified value does not have the expected type

hi friends,

           I tried to Create array of numbers variable in TestStand , following exception occured

                         Specified value does not have the expected type.

My code looks loke...

objPropertyObj.SetValNumberByOffset(value2, PropertyOptions.PropOption_InsertIfMissing, value1);

Please let me know the method for create array of elements....
