Did you mean:

create an interactive front panel

I want to create a front panel which has 2 screens. One screen with only one plot and another display which would come up on clicking something which had more detailed information. Please let me know if this possible in labview?  I am dealing with arrays and want to display them as graphs in the other screen as well.

This is definitely possible and is in fact one of the simplest things in LV.

You could use, for example, a tab control which allows you to move between "screens".

A probably better way would be to write a VI which will serve as your popup and to set it to appear as a popup by checking the right settings in File>>VI Properties>>Window Appearance>>Custom (like Open FP when called, Close afterwards, modal and some others). You can pass the data into the subVI and display it there in whatever form you like.

This really is one of the more basic things in LV. To learn more about LabVIEW, I suggest you try searching this site and google for LabVIEW tutorials. Here and here are a couple you can start with. You can also contact your local NI office and join one of their courses.
In addition, I suggest you read the LabVIEW style guide and the LabVIEW user manual (Help>>Search the LabVIEW Bookshelf).

Programmatically?

The tab control is a numeric control. You can create a local variable for it (or turn it into an indicator) and wire a numeric value into it. You can also hide the tabs so the users can't see how you do it.

Depending on your program, a subVI is often a better solution, but I will leave that to you.
