That is a very good question considering an LM393 is a comparator IC...
We are going to need a whole lot more information to give you any meaningful response
I am going to guess that said LM393 is putting out one pulse per revolution. The general method of determining RPM is to count pulses during a set time period, basically a frequency counter.
