When I perform a convolution between 2 complex numbers, my result should be a complex number. However, the imagionary part of the output turns out to be all zeros?? Please help me!

Can you give an example code? All the convolution VIs I found used arrays. All the arrays were configured for doubles and not complex numbers. If you were to wire to the standard functions, your data would be coersed to a double, and your imaginary information would be lost.
