clearing devices at NI MAX

Hi Guys,

I have used only one DAQ on my computer but  somehow NI MAX shows many device names for the same DAQ (USB 6009). In matlab device.ID shows dev27 but I could not find this in NI MAX. 

How can I clear all unused devices?

The safest way to remove single devices from MAX is to right-click the Device (especially those with a red X, which means they are not currently attached) and choose Delete.  You can also delete everything by going to Tools and choosing Reset Configuration Data.

I wasn't able to delete because  because it was saying  there is no such device. But I did reset and it worked. Thank you.
