ideally what i want is to make it an exe. problem is the first thing that happens when it's ran is it tries to extract data from the excel file and then vi stops. i'm trying to make it so it doesn't start automatically and doesn't stop, and only will grab data when a button is clicked. i tried doing this earlier today by adding a case and running a button through it, but it didn't work. that will be my task tmr. thanks for all your help!
