Perhaps, you could elaborate a bit on your question?

What do you mean by change X axis unit with meter? Do you want to change the label text of X-unit when a meter control value is changed? Or do you need X-axis style to be changed like a meter guage?

Actually my problem is:

1) I use  waveform chart to show all data .You know y axis(Amplitude) default unit is mmeter and x axis (Time) default unit is second, isnt it?

2) My problem is  x axis unit can be meter thus can i change the x axis unit with meter?

3) how can i use the control and change x scale axis unit.I used many property nodes for this problem. but i didnt solve.

thank u

Sorry, I do not have a 8.6 version of LabVIEW with me, (Could you post it in 8.5?)

But according to your question, you need to change x axis unit to meter from seconds?

Best thing would be to use a XY graph instead of a waveform chart. this might solve your problem.

Ok. I get your VI. It also looks like its working according to the need.

What is the requirement? what you are trying to achieve from this VI? what should be the output in this VI? What exactly you need in X unit?

What data are you trying to plot in Yaxis Vs Xaxis?

Quite hard to understand from your reply,

But, controling the plots with meter=Controling the X axis=Using an XY graph.

If you can eloberate your requirement in more detail, something I can help you.

Hi kacco,

you don't use any real units in your vi - LabView does support this as well...

Those "units" you are referring to are just axis labels! The "(MM)" "default of the y axis is just a part of the label string. (Btw. in SI units this should be "mm" - there is no MegaMega!)

So you only need to change the axis label with a property node of the graph...

Best regards,
GerdW

Firstly i want to explain my .vi This vi shows all current data from fpga with real time so this fpga datas are milimetric data and no problem for y axis since y axis default unit is milimeter.

in addition same time x axis unit must be meter for instance;0 meter 5 meter 10 meter....etc for x  axis, no time. i know we can change x axis with abs.te time or real time or second to minute.Time is not necesarry for me because my datas coming from fpga every 15 centimeter. All this application must be synchronization with meter.

thank you everyone.
