I supposed that I could to make it by creating a property node for change FG and BG, connected to both color box inside a case structure, but when I get it run returns a message of wrong.

does someone know how to customize it?

You need to use the property 'Fill Color'.

You can change the blink color by going to the Tools >> Options menu in LabVIEW and the environment section.  Unfortunately, this is a LabVIEW wide setting and you can't create different blink colors for different controls.
