why can't I connect raspberry to my labview
i am using labview 2023 Q1 and raspberry pi 4

Take a look at this guide, specifically at the hardware configuration part: Getting Started with Raspberry Pi and LabVIEW Community Edition
Make sure that your computer and target are connected to the same subnet.
