have been using current LabView 5,11 for 6 yrs   PC LPM-16 board.
 
For 1st time today am unable to pull down the TOOLS

Hi,
 
Have you been able to open the Tools menu since you first saw this problem? Has anything happened to your hard disk that could have corrupted the installation of LabVIEW 5?
 
Are you having problems with any other menus?
 
I would probably recommend a re-install if this is a recurrent problem.
