Hi, i tend to look at the big recruitment web sites and put labview in the search engine and the country u want to work in. Thats how i got my job.And a person with several years of experience should easily get a job because thats what they tend to look for.

Another good source of information is your local NI sales engineer. They know who's using LabVIEW and often who's doing any hiring.
