HI sandman,

I had successfully initialized all the functions involved in Acquisition Settings except a function PICOLOCHECKSTATUS().Its because the function includes two input parameters
1)hpicolo
2)pstatus -This parameter can't be initialized as it requires the combinational input parameters.

PICOLO_STATUS_VIDEO_PRESENT

PICOLO_STATUS_HLOCK

PICOLO_STATUS_FIFO_OVERRUN

PICOLO_STATUS_TIMING_ERROR.
please check the attached document (picolodoc.zip)
I'll be highly thankful to you ,if you could optimize this and give a better suggestion of it.Thanking you.

Hi madurai,

the pStatus is actually an 'output' parameter, since it is passed by reference and the resulting value is a status.

I hope the attached VI explains how this function should be called.

Hi madurai,

Sorry, please try this VI... the one in the previous post was configured to call picoloGetVersion, not picoloGetStatus.

Hi madurai,

The values are the picolo status values. refer to the picolo.h header file.
