cDAQ 9191 not connected

I can't seem to be able to use my cDAQ9191 any more.

 

I use to be able to use it with no problem, simply by pluging the ethernet cable in my laptop, NI MAX it would automatically detect it and run with no problem.

 

Someone else used it for a few months and when I tried to use it again NI MAX does not "see it" anymore! I have tried, reseting the cDAQ, different laptops, updating my NI MAX version but nothing seems to work...

 

Any ideas please??

I am an Application Engineer with the NIUK team. I had a look for possible causes for your issue and I would like to clarify some details with you.

1. Which version of LabVIEW are you using?
2. Which version of DAQmx drivers are you using?

I would suggest trying out this knowledge base article on troubleshooting network cDAQs:

Have you changed your computer at all since you last successfully used the cDAQ?  Are you still using the same OS?  Are you on the same network as the cDAQ you're trying to see?
