basic output help

I have the NI USB-7855R box and a SCB-68A I/O box.

When the DDS runs connected to an AO, all I see is a square wave but it is at the correct frequency.

The scale/numerics directly to the AO do not do anything.

attached is a screenshot of my program.

For the record, I've watched all the videos realsed by NI on FPGA (1hour on youtube) and read the 'basic' and 'advanced' I/O guides.

Yes the code is compiled and running on the FPGA.

I tried using stack control loops and tick timing (as is in one of the videos), but it didn't help anything.

Hi meee,

your VI is outputting the very same value "Numeric" to your AO as fast as the FPGA can.

I don't even see any "square wave" or "frequencies"…

What exactly do you want to achieve?
