avoid the Labview license wizard when labview is launched

Using Labview 2018 on a Windows 10, every time I launch Labview, the license wizard pops up.  The add-ons that have expired - I no longer want.  But there seems to be now way to get rid of them.

I have read:

But the solution is not helpful.

I just fixed this just 15 minutes ago on one of my development PC's (2015). It was getting quite annoying.

I ended up just uninstalling the offending programs (Windows Remove Programs/NI)
