api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing

Hi.
When i start LabView 2014 (32bit) it crash with a unknown Error. When i start NIMax there is an Error Message "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll missing". How i can solve this Problem? How i can install this dll?

Hello, I'm facing the same problem and can't launch NI MAX. I tried to search for Windows Updates but no one are available. So I tried the second method but the download link KB2999226 doesn't work after click on "Download".

Do you know another place where I can find this update ? Thanks in advance.
