You can use the Waveform Generation tools to produce any waveform, with or without noise, multi-tone, etc. Look in the Waveform palette - Analog Waveform - Waveform Generation. There you will see several functions to produce waveforms. Alternator whine is mostly a high pitched sinewave whose frequency varies with rotating speed. May have some harmonics and noise. All of these are generatable with the waveform functions.
