i was wondering whether we have an alarm  vi in labview

if not is there any way in which i can add an alem to my vi without having the physical device

what do you understand by "alarm vi"?

You can write the string "Alarm!" to any string indicator. Or use the beep vi to play the OS-defined beep sound...
