how can i add my favorite file extention (for example .kmt) to the file type combo box of 'Open' and 'Save As' dialog boxes. the default is All Files and i want to add one more extention.
The File Dialog VIs have a pattern input that is defaulted to all Files. You can simply wire in the pattern you want, multiple patterns are semicolon delimited.
