What does 'active plot' in a property node for an graf mean?

Hi Peter,
since you can have multiple plots going to a graph (or strip chart) it would be difficult to anticipate the number you might use. If this was done, then a property per plot would be needed for things like plot colour, style etc. You can imagine how out of control that would get for 30 plots in the properties selection!. It's more convenient to tell the object that whatever you're going to play around with on a plot's properties is with respect to the Active Plot.

G'Day Peter,

I've attached a VI that is a basic demonstration of what "Active Plot" does - run the VI, select the "Active Plot" and then change its colour. You can the select the other plot, and change its colour instead. Setting the "Active Plot" property node tells the system which plot you are referring to whenever you use further plot property nodes.
