a puzzling failure message

My program runs normally when it is first runned, but if it is runned the second time, a dialoge pops up saying:
Failure:"unitacc.cpp" line 113 labview 6.0

What's wrong?

I have not heard of this error and I looked at ni.com/failure and found this KnowledgeBase that may help. LabVIEW Internal Errors (Failure in XXX.c / XXX.cpp at line YYY)

However a big question I have is are you using LabVIEW 6.0 or 6.0.2. If you have not patched 6.0 I would, and see if you still get the behavior.

I have received the same error mesage Failure: unitacc.cpp on Labview 6.1 platform.

I don't know what to do to run the program again.
