XY graph plots are not connecting

It might be easy for you guys but I am not that familiar with Labview especially graph etc. 

I am trying to graph the stress-strain curve during my measurement. 

But now I can have only single dots each time.

How can I plot every single data I  am having from my measurement and connect them?

Hi shikai,

the problem with images is: we cannot debug them with LabVIEW!

The problem with express VIs is: they hide their settings in a dialog not visible in your image...

Did you set the BuildXYGraph express VI to reset with each call? Switch that setting off!
