XP Startup error includes "lkcitdl.exe" in the dialog. Is this from Labview installation?

I have a bitmap of the error dialog.
My IT guy seems to beliecve it may be related to a prior Labview Installation but Im not savy on this subject. Has anyone else seen this and is it something that can be removed?

This is either part of a Lookout or a LabVIEW DSC (Datalogging and
Supervisory Control) Toolkit installation. I do not believe that LabVIEW
itself installs this program. Another possible installer using this
could be the VI logger application but I'm not sure about that).

Hi,
This error is related to the Logos, which is installed with Lookout, the LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control module, and FieldPoint.
Please refer to the Knowledgebase article linked below for a workaround.
