Hmmm... Not sure that I undestand clearly what you want as this looks a liitle bit strange for me that you want to set x-axis origin to be "always 1 minutes before the pc's system time", but... if you want, one of the approaches to change x-axis origin is just to set appropriate graph property (so you need to create a propery node for your graph)...
