It is some malfunction in LabVIEW example window, It may have got affected because of virus or malware. I suggest you to re-install labview once again, It will be better option

Thanks Vinal_G, but I don't think so. This screenshot was taken from LV 2013, when I try this in LV 2012, it's ok, but in german.

Main problem is, that same problem is in LV Block editor, so I unable to read descriptions and labels on icons.

Hi,

this usually happend if you start using LabVIEW right after installation (without restarting the OS). Try to run installation repair and restart you PC. It might restore correct character set.
