Write a variable into Case Select

Write a new value into Case Select from the fronrt Panel Control,

I have to select by Serial number and do not want to rewrite code to enterr a different serial number to the Case Select

If I understand you correctly, you want to modify the case selections programatically.  You can't do this.  What exactly are you wanting to accomplish?

You can't have a variable with the case statement. Do you need to have the entire serial number or just part of it (like a prefix)? Something other than a case statement might work if you would explain exactly what you need to do.
