Hi,
Because I have 8760 results and excel supports only 256 values in 1 line.

Hi ,
you can use write to spreadsheet file function and make transpose = true.

Hi,
I tried your solution, but somehow my connection is not right.
Take a look on the attached file.
Thanks in advance.

Cot,
write to spread sheet doesn't support the sring input in previous version i.e u cannot wire the sring array to this function for the versions below 8.6...
what u can try is if the data wat u r simulating does not contain any of the string/characters, then try to convert the string value to numeric and u can wire it to the write to spread sheet file function....
check this...

Hi Cot,
Is there a special reason for converting your numeric data to string format?
I think 9000 values shouldn't be a problem for excel.
Maybe you can try some examples of your LV example library.
I tried different possibilities to save data. It's not programmed very nicely, but maybe it helps you.

Hi there,
Thanks everyone for the help.
I tried different solutions and in the end I did in a different way using numbers instead of words.
Thanks

I hope we're not going to start polluting the forums with this 'textese'.

Hi there,
That's more or less what I did. Instead of having a tex message, I used different sequencies of numbers, then exported to excel and there I converted the numbers to text again.
Thanks once more for all the suggestions. I appreciate a lot.
