Wood Drying Control

Dear all,
Ok, now i'm on project Wood Drying Control. I use the PCI 6024E, now I have some problems
1- I want to creat more than 1 condition, Exp ( if my room has the temperature <= 30 degree c, all my 3 fan are work, but if it greater than 30 degree c and less than 35 degree c, my first fan stop work, but if has 35 to 40, my next fan stop work, and if it still increase my last fan will stop.) so how do for this 4 conditions? (I use Digital output)
2- For this control I have been record for all data by using Write to Measurement File, but it record every second. I dont want to record like this, I just want to record every 5 minute or whatever that i can adjust by myselt, but i dont want to use time delay. Can you help me?
3- The data that i get for the temperature sensor on NI board, so if i want to add my sensor by use anlong input, so how can i do? can you give me the circuit of it and how to connect to the board? ( my sensor LM35 and my connector box is SCB-68)

It sounds like you are new to LabVIEW, so you may want to go through some of the LabVIEW tutorials on the NI website.
 
1.  You can use a Case structure with ranges.  In each case for a particular temp. range, set the booleans for which fans to run and send them out to digital output DAQmx Writes.

2.  Keep track of the last time you wrote to the Measurement File in a shift register.   Put the Meas. File in a case structure.  If current time >= last time + 5 minutes, run true case of write measurement file and put current time in shift register.  In false case, just wire the last time through.
 
3.  Don't know about this one.

Ok, That very thanks for ur helping me. I try to reseach more about Labview cos this is the new software for my country, and in my country, only my place that use NI card, and know about labview, no one know about labview. I used to try to use this program about 6 month ago, but I am not yet buy the PCI card, now I have it, so i try to use it, and study about it more. Thanks in advance!

Dear friend,

Now I want to ask you a question it is like the last, while the last I use the case structure as you recommand me that my input start from 0 to 40, and my structure will run by my input. But now I want to fix my in put. For Example, I have the same equipments like the last question, and I want to creat the structure like that: If my input <= 30 all of my 3 fans are run, but if it > 30 my first fan stop, but it my in put still > 30. 5 minute later my next fan stop too, but if it still > 30. 5 minute later my last fan stop or all of my fans are stop. So can you help me pls. Thanks!
