Anyone else notice this?
My machine autoupdated lastnight and today LV 2009 has "stopped responding" and needed to killed with the task manager 20 times already today.
I am not doing anything today I was not doing all day yesturday...
This is happening even when just editing a block diagram.
I received these updates lastnight and our system policies are set to not allow removal of any updates through add/remove...

Same versions as I'm using, will let you know what I find in a couple of hours when I am at my other location and can check out the machine.

It seems quite random too.
Right click on a control, lock-up
Run a vi that has been working fine for months, lock-up
Open a vi from the Project Explorer, lock-up
Wireing a diagram, lock-up
I don't know what to do, I can not get anything done this way.
Thank God for the auto recover is all I can say...

I worked for quite awhile last night without observing any obvious problems. That doesn't eliminate the update as being the cause, but I can't provide any correlation either. Sorry.
Good Luck,

Not sure if it was because of the updates but I had worked overnight on Thursday, had a bunch of changes to my code, and when I went to save it to my thumb drive for a backup (and to transfer it to my customer's computer when I got on site), my laptop froze. When I shut it down by holding the power button down it then wouldn't reboot. When I got to the customer's site a couple of hours later (feeling pretty sick at the prospect of having lost about 12 hours of work, not to mention a defunct laptop) it booted and I was able to copy the "stuff", but within a few minutes I got a "blue screen of death crash". The laptop was working pretty well, no particular "twitches" until the update.
Anyone have a FAQ or link to how to most easily, and safely, roll back the updates? The stuff I get when I Google seems to be related to driver roll backs.
Thanks,
