Window Manager for LabVIEW?

That seems great for designing the pop-up windows *themselves*, but not actually managing their locations.

And yes, I should probably have mentioned the windows should be docked on spawn, and not follow around the parent window (which in my application they won't be able to do, so I ignored that missing Windows feature)

Ah, if they don't have to stay connected, that's a whole 'nother ball of wax, and much simpler 🙂

MGI's Panel Manager (not the NET version, just the base) will, as best as I recall, let you spawn a new window in a location referenced by an old one:
