The Instrument Driver Network has all the drivers for instruments. There is no driver specific to that model, but there is one for the 6310B. Perhaps that may work for you. You may need to modify it. If not, you will need to write one yourself. You can get a lot of material for this here: https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/instrument-drivers/tools-resources.html
