You can not use LabVIEW DSC 2022 with LabVIEW 2020. While many components of the DSC system are external components not directly related to LabVIEW, there is a substantial part of VIs in this toolkit that are in LabVIEW 2022 format and unload-able by 2020
The opposite is likely not going to work either as DSC is a very complicated system that only is tested to run in the same version of LabVIEW.

Yes, from the readme file I could also see the DCS 2020 is not supported for Windows Server 2019, the latest version it supports is Windows Server 2016.
Also in this article I can see that even LV 2020 is not compatible with Windows Server 2019, although it allowed me to install it and there was no obvious errors.
Additionally, I checked the solution of the error you've sent, and from there is says to check the server role of the nicitadeluser user in SQL management studio. I checked and there is no such user named nicitadeluser.
I'm thinking of upgrading to DSC 2021 (and also to LV 2021). Will keep you posted about the results.

Dear All,
Just to update. I reinstalled the Windows Server 2019. Then I installed LabVIEW 2021 (which is officially supported on Windows Server 2019).
Although when I was a creating a CITADEL database on MAX, the associated SQL database was not creating in SQL server (which happens on my Windows 10 machine).
Anyways, I could create a new CITADEL database on NI MAX. Then I used SQL database files (.ldf and .mdf) from my Windows 10 machine and pasted them in the citadel database folder on Windows Server machine. Then from SQL management studio I could attach the SQL database (referring to the copied .mdf file). This way I have the alarm tables in the SQL server associated with the citadel database.
Thanks and regards.
