They aren't blocks. They are functions.
You're asking for a comparator. So that is greater than or equal to and should be very easy to find on the Comparison palette.
You have two other functions on there, so if you are asking about them, the next one is Build Array, and the one after that is Index Array.
The Index Array is kind of pointless since you have the two boolean wires individually you can send to each indicator right before the Build Array.
