What Test Setup do I need?

I am going to be testing some power supplies and I would like to automate the process using Labview. I am just going to be doing simple measurements like min and max load. What setup do I need? Would Labview Pro. and a GPIB controller do the trick? Thanks.

If your instruments have GPIB, then LabVIEW is a quick and easy way to build such a program. As with any programming problem - define exactly what you want the program to do. Then you can look at what language you want to use based on what you need it to do. There are some things that LabVIEW is good at and some things that would be better to do with another language.
