Web Server is still loading. 2012 12.0.1f5

Hey guys. 

i am in need of your assistance, I have made my finale project and i'm pretty much done and everything work a couple of weeks ago.

Now i have maked the finale tweaks to my web services and would like to deploy them but this isn't possible because the Web Server is still loading.

I'm using labview 2012 V. 12.0.1f5.

I have tried to restart the web server without any luck.

Please help me 😕
