We use fieldpoint and labview/DSC to log and monitor the Temps and flows of the system, somehow, we are not able to export the temps while we can get flows out? Can someone give advice?

We use fieldpoint and labview/DSC to log and monitor the Temps and flows of the system, somehow, we are not able to export the temps data while we can get flows data out? There is no temp. data in MAX where we export data from. However, we can read temperature value directly from screen. Everything looks fine telling us it's logging data (from FieldPoint explorer and Tag configuration panel). Anybody have advice?

Hello,

Are you able to see the temperature data in the MAX display? I am suspecting whether the temperature is getting logged at all. As temperature normally changes slowly, it may not be updating the log deadband. Try setting this to 0 for testing purposes.

One other way to confir data (fpr the temperature) is getting logged is to use the Historical retrieval VIs and query it.

It turned out that the time sever IP was not correct. The temperatures were all there but with the wrong time. And I did try things you suggested and they helped to discover the real problems.
