I search for this driver on the instrument driver network: www.ni.com/idnet, but I could find anything.
In this case you need to contact the instrument vendor for the Programmer's documentation. There is no other way to find out the command set of the instrument. Unless someone else has an instrument driver they developed.
Also, check on wavetek website for any instrument drivers they might have.
